A word from our founder

Over the last 25+ years, Paul has successfully managed businesses through a financial crisis, changes in government, legislation and taxation, redundancies, court actions and even political unrest. This experience has granted him incredible insight into what to do and what not to do for your business to succeed.

In 2016 after seeing his mentor died of cancer after a long and successful career, it saddened Paul deeply knowing that his mentor never got to fulfil his lifelong dream of enjoying retirement with his family. That was the turning point for Paul to start his own business, The Business Prophet and share his knowledge and experience of business with a wider audience. Having started out as an electrician after leaving school at 16 what better audience than tradies.
